  4. Now take a Wok put on stove add some salt in it and place a net rack and preheat on low flame.
  5. At this time pour all mixture in cake mould tap it and place in wok cover wok with lid and place a heavyweight on it and bake it on low medium flame.
  6. After 45 you can chk it with toothpick if done it then rest it for more 10m.
  7. Then remove it from stove and put on net rack for set it on room temperature.
  8. While this time make chocolate ganash take milk heat it then add grated chocolate and cook it low flame.
  9. Now take sugar syrup or milk pour on cake after that pour chocolate on it and spread it finely.
  10. After that take grated chocolate and garnished it with that chocolate as you like.
